Throughout this online/ video education program, you will be given the resources to teach the below 21 essential skills. The better your athletes are at these skills, the more likely they will succeed.

After athletes have mastered these 21 points, they need continued practice (revising these fundamentals daily), experience, physical growth and maturity in order to make the jump from "complete" to "great" players.

 
  1. Swimming (all 4 strokes proficiently)

  2. Water Polo Strokes (vertical fly, backstroke, reach)

  3. Head up Awareness Swimming ( both w/wout ball)

  4. Swimming with the Ball (controlled)

  5. Eggbeater (open / high knees)

  6. Vertical Breast ( high and mobile)

  7. Spider Legs by Position

  8. Hit Forward and Donkey Legs Back (both in vertical positions)

  9. Passing and Catching the Ball

  10. Catching Cross Face and Proficiency in all 4 Angles of Catching

  11. Shoot the Ball from Outside 6 Meters with Accuracy

  12. Ability to Generate Power and Arm Speed on Shots

  13. Skip the Ball with Accuracy

  14. Fake with Both Arms and Body

  15. Shot Block from All Positions

  16. Move from Horizontal to Vertical and Back with Speed

  17. Come Over the Hip and Skull

  18. Knowledge of Number System and Responsibilities by Position

  19. Add and Receive Ball from all Angles

  20. Be Able to Execute a Press (denying and discouraging philosophy)

  21. Ability to Play (drive, set, counter, defend) at a Medium to High level
