After athletes have mastered these 21 points, they need continued practice (revising these fundamentals daily), experience, physical growth and maturity in order to make the jump from "complete" to "great" players.
Swimming (all 4 strokes proficiently)
Water Polo Strokes (vertical fly, backstroke, reach)
Head up Awareness Swimming ( both w/wout ball)
Swimming with the Ball (controlled)
Eggbeater (open / high knees)
Vertical Breast ( high and mobile)
Spider Legs by Position
Hit Forward and Donkey Legs Back (both in vertical positions)
Passing and Catching the Ball
Catching Cross Face and Proficiency in all 4 Angles of Catching
Shoot the Ball from Outside 6 Meters with Accuracy
Ability to Generate Power and Arm Speed on Shots
Skip the Ball with Accuracy
Fake with Both Arms and Body
Shot Block from All Positions
Move from Horizontal to Vertical and Back with Speed
Come Over the Hip and Skull
Knowledge of Number System and Responsibilities by Position
Add and Receive Ball from all Angles
Be Able to Execute a Press (denying and discouraging philosophy)
Ability to Play (drive, set, counter, defend) at a Medium to High level
